Project Overview

Mozilla's case is hard to make inside a browser, because the browser is where the problem lives. So the work left the screen entirely.

Choose Your Future is a physical kit rather than a campaign flight. The centerpiece is The Mozilla Manifesto: A Blueprint for the Future, published under a STATE OF MOZILLA 2025 masthead on pale green stock, headline set in a dot-matrix stencil that looks output rather than typeset. A red seal rings a target diagram; a second insert carries display type built entirely from small blue stars. The whole thing ships in a clear ziplock, photographed on black so the plastic creases catch light — which turns a manifesto into an object someone has to open.

The companion piece is the sharpest thing in the set: a sticker reading STOP THE SLOP around a heavy-lidded, horned mascot, shot in situ on a scuffed metal fixture. It gives a twenty-year-old institutional argument a form a twenty-year-old would actually stick on a laptop, and names the enemy in three words without once saying "AI-generated content."

Print, zine craft, and a mascot are unusual choices for a browser company. That's why they land — they signal a maker culture rather than a product-marketing one.
