FEEL
Make feeling the platform.

Project Overview
lululemon came to us looking to differentiate from a market shaped by Nike — performance-obsessed, all reps and splits and cycles. It became clear quickly that the wellness industry, riddled with punishing regimes and short-lived trends, had lost sight of its purpose: to make people feel good.
So instead of focusing on activities, FEEL accentuated feelings. Whether running, training, doing yoga, or meditating, the campaign invited people to aim for an emotional response — and perhaps uncover unknown facets of themselves. Product creative followed the same logic: each line's "feel-state" mirrored a real attribute of the garment, giving guests both a way to understand the technology and a way to shop by desired sensation.
The platform launched with The Selfish Giant, directed by Daniel Wolfe. The film follows one person through a cycle of punishing, closed-off behavior before opening up — emotionally and physically — to sustainable practice, community, and joy. Guided by a voiceover excerpted from Oscar Wilde, it plays as a parable about the modern condition and the universe of extraordinary feelings within reach of each of us.
The work extended into wordmark systems, out-of-home, and retail — a full brand platform rather than a campaign flight.
